Will my school get in trouble if their food gave me food poisening?

so this actually happened twice to me. the first time i had chicken nuggets there and when i got home i threw it up, and i would puke and have diareah for couple of days. then couple days ago i had a corndog at school and that night i threw it back up and im still sick and we might go to urgent care cause im in pain :( this is my thrid day. they also have these pizza (school ones) that they have and when i take a bit out of them sometimes i get ones that are still doughy. my friend got sick from eating that too. i also had to miss 2 TEST!!!! i study soo hard for them :( i was soo ready for them too!!!! now i have to wait till i get back to school to do them. sometimes when they give us fruits it sometimes has a chemically waxy taste to it. like fertilizer or something. my mom always washes fruits from the store so i never taste anything but the fruit, should we call to complain??
