WOULD IT LOOK GOOD IF I WEAR THIS DRESS WITH THESE SHOES?

I personally think that the sparkles on the top of the dress sort of clash with the glitter on the shoes, but that's just me! You could do something really cute and simple with the shoes.. like some simple black strappy heels :)
