Help with working out?
Hello, I just turned 20 and have always been healthy and had a good stocky build to my body, aswell as going to the gym and lifting, but i've been doing some research and i cancelled my gym membership and bought P90X, And after trying it out, it's way more intense of a workout. Now that you know i'm using P90X 6 days a week, my question is i always have been taking Whey protein 30 minutes after my workout, but I just bought some creatine with waxy maize starch, called "Perfect Storm" Is this good creatine? AND when should i take the creatine?? The guy at the nutrition store i bought it from said take it immediately after i work out, then the Whey protein 30 minutes after for absorption purposes. But is this correct? Would it make more since to take it before i work out to help with strength ect ect.. Please help any advice would be great! Thanks!
