Why does my head and ear hurt?

Just above my left eyebrow, there is a "stuffy" pain. And in my left ear, it feels like it is clogged and everytime I bite down, it "pops." Could this just be sinus or an ear infection possibly? It usually happens once a day. And also, I clean my ears atleast once a day and by the end of the night, my left ear is waxy again. Thanks in advance.
