Waxy film on my nipples...What does this mean?

I am having the same thing and af for me isnt due for 6 days,and I am not trying ,just been having cravings and this waxy stuff now..I do remember it with my other kids but that was a long time ago,and I cant remember if it happened at the beginning or the end..
