Murky Crowntail Betta tank?

There must be either more food going in that bowl, or something else getting in there. Got to be something different about the location or something. Murkiness is usually excess bacteria, but can be algae. Perhaps that bowl gets more sun, less sun, or something nearby gets cleaned and some gets in the bowl.
